product electronically or are downloading an iGrafx product,
the following Corel iGrafx Transactional License (CITL) terms
apply in addition to the End User License Agreement (EULA)
accompanying the software:

Se ha ricevuto elettronicamente un prodotto iGrafx o una
licenza per un prodotto iGrafx oppure ancora se sta eseguendo
il download di un prodotto iGrafx, trovano applicazione i
seguenti termini di Licenza transazionale di Corel iGrafx
(CITL, Corel iGrafx Transactional License) oltre al Contratto
di licenza per utenti finali (EULA, End User License Agreement)
annesso al software:
Si ha recibido electrónicamente un producto iGrafx
o una licencia de un producto iGrafx, o está descargando
un producto iGrafx, los términos de la Licencia Transaccional
de iGrafx de Corel (CITL según la sigla en inglés)
se añaden a las del Contrato de Licencia de Usuario
Final (EULA según la sigla en inglés) que acompaña

are licensed all the way through the distribution channel
to the end user. The license agreements listed on this page
are only applicable to end users who have obtained iGrafx
products pursuant to iGrafx's CTL's program. For your convenience,
when available, we have provided you with a selection of
languages in which to review the product license.
UNLESS YOU HAVE ANOTHER AGREEMENT DIRECTLY WITH IGRAFX THAT
CONTROLS AND ALTERS YOUR USE OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE IGRAFX
PRODUCTS, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICABLE END-USER
LICENSE AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING THE IGRAFX PRODUCT APPLY
TO YOU.
