Q. I am presenting a Process to discuss with colleagues.
Are there any tools in iGrafx that can help?
A. Yes there are. With your Process diagram open in iGrafx, go
to the View Menu and select Full Screen.
If you press the left mouse button you can draw in Red, the Right
mouse button you can draw in Green, or with the mouse wheel (or
both buttons on most laptops) you can draw in yellow. This allows
you to discuss and highlight areas in your Process. When finished.
Press the Print Screen button and then paste into the graphics package
of your choice.
Press the escape key and you will return to a normal view of your
Process diagram without having made any changes to it.
